Avoid like the plague - the website doesn't work properly - they don't respond to emails - the email address and phone number goes to another company who split from them over a year ago. The phone number on the automated receipt has been "barred". The other number (0843) asks you to leave a message - which of course they don't respond to - and 3 two minute phone calls cost me over 9!!!! My bank tried to contact them and as a result of their investigations they advised we cancel the credit card we used with them as they clearly are not trustworthy. Do not buy anything from this company

Designerframes2u - Lost half of my money!

These guys looks like a scam to me. No customer service - phone number is constantly off. Take 2-3 business days and sometimes more to reply to emails. I ordered an expensive designer frame from them. Received a used/refurbished frame which was sold for "new". Then returned the frame and lost half of my money. They refunded only half of my money as they claimed they never received the frame (knowing that I ***'t track the package beyond leaving the US). They also have the weird practice of not refunding anything for prescription lenses! Which means if you order a prescription lenses from them and you want to return them, you have lost 100% of your money!
